Breakfast is the most important meal of the day here i have protein waffles and fruits a little bit of chocolate drysel and caramel wip cream and walla vitamins and minerals and super delicious what are you having for breakfast

I would like to let ya know that everytine we weight ourself we need to not take it hard on ourself if the numbers dont change sometimes is okay remember if you didnt cheat you might be building muscle so dont be hard on yourself and if you cheated well make better choices this week and keep going on life is hard in itself but we dont have to be so harsh to ourself it is a lifestyle not a horror storry little by little you will get there trust me last week i was 154 and this week well the numbers went back up so i will not stress myself but workon myself

So i try to do some exercise on the chair i couldnt do much but i try raising my arms in this picture hurts my back but i have to try but i had fun over all trying to loose weight and eat healthy luving life and making changes where it had to be made but happy and never looking back
