Here are my june 1 2021 challenge beginning picture and ill post the June 21 2021 after picture soon it helps to take pictures before the challenge because like that you have a before picture to compare to the end of the challenge and see your progress

so in this picture I am 160 pounds and is also good to take a picture in a solid background so that you can see perfect the picture so that when you take the after picture you can see the results I have to say everyones results are different never compare yourself to others or expect to have a drastic result fast everyones metabolism is different and it is better to set small goals so that you check them off little by little for me it was to no drink soda as much as I use to to more water and to rest more and to eat more healthy and to try to eat in the house more then outside eat more turkey and chicken and to stay away from red meats to cheat maybe ones a week but to not make it a habit to stay consistent and to workout yes if you want better results you need to eat healthy workout and lots of water trust me works little progress is better then not doing so dont expect to loose weight fast and your eating pizza like ten times in two weeks you have to set some changes to meat your goals you also have to be more positive try not to stress things you cant fix if you can fix it then do so but if you cant then let it go is not worth it listen to positive affirmations it works I listen to it as soon as I wake up and I wash my mouth and do my skin routine and make my breakfast while listening to affirmations in youtube also treat yourself If you lost two pounds make a bubble bath light some candles and listen to a book buy a new dress not for nothing I purchase a dress that is a small then the size I use to use to motivate me to work harder to fit in it and when you try it back on and it fit on but you might shed a few more pounds to fit better in it it pushes you to go for it to eat better and I dont eat sweet candy or junk food like that anymore I try my best to stay away from sodas sugars and fry foods as well the air fryer will be your best friend trust it taste like if you fried your meat and fries but better and much healthier no aded oils use salt and peppers and onion powder and garlic powder and paprika you’ll love the taste is really good adobo has a lot of salt in it it is not good for you also look at the labels when buying snacks look for the sugar the sodium in it and added sugars calories

I would like to let ya know that everytine we weight ourself we need to not take it hard on ourself if the numbers dont change sometimes is okay remember if you didnt cheat you might be building muscle so dont be hard on yourself and if you cheated well make better choices this week and keep going on life is hard in itself but we dont have to be so harsh to ourself it is a lifestyle not a horror storry little by little you will get there trust me last week i was 154 and this week well the numbers went back up so i will not stress myself but workon myself

life is good! things are going great!

I have to say working out and staying persistent works and dedication is all it takes guys you have to push your self to make the change for me is loosing weight and now I weight myself and I lost 13 pound in a month and I am so proud of myself and I feel more energy and more exiting about the workout and this makes me so happy life is great ,life is what you make of it and In the day make time for yourself at least an hour for something you want to do for your self and it could be to draw or to color or to bake a cake or to knit I love to knit so I make garments and socks and other items I love to make and that keeps me saint I also love to make planner things for my planners and I love to write poems if you guys are interested in seeing the things I am creating I will here things are going good yes when you love yourself and you feel motivated to do something positive it makes everything better truth be told now the hubby is eating healthy and that makes me happy for him he is a sexy big men I love how strong he is and those eyes did I mention I love him he is also the one that motivates me to do better he is a trooper and he makes sure I am okay my son also motivates me for better and I love him so much my twin girls keeps me going and that’s life I love it yesterday I clean my yarn room and I had fun doing so I have to admit is great it is a small room but I make it work I have a knitting section I have a sewing section and a computer work station all in one small room and guess what I love it so much is my happy zone soon I will be sewing now that I organized the room and put things where I can find them and everything has its place I love it

Sunday rainy day! Blah! should i workout? Hmm discipline……..

So today i woke up in pain and this rain like oh my god i have so much pain and to top it off my coach sends me a message hey girl good morning workout at 10 am today i was debating on weather or not to do it i did drink my shake but i was thinking should i do the workout or should i stay in bed any who hearing this motivational video on youtube made me get up and brush my teeth and drink my shake and ignore the pain and do the workout as i was doing the workout i was enjoying myself and it woke me up you guys like you have to discipline yourself to stop the excuses sometimes and get to it because you have to if not you wont be able to accomplish nothing in life and if we want to look snacth you have to do the work like they say no pain no game so i got my ass up and did the workout now im feeling energized and ready for my day will shower wash my hair soak off my nails do a podcast and knit and read a book yeah and eat helthy have a bless saturday
